Ingredients:
- 4 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette slices

- Melt butter in a pot and cook onions until caramelized.
