A refreshing cold soup made with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend all vegetables until smooth.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, blend again.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold, garnished with diced vegetables or croutons.
