Gazpacho


Overview: 

A refreshing cold soup made with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers, perfect for hot summer days. 

Origin:

Spain 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 How to Make It:
  1. Blend all vegetables until smooth.
  2. Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, blend again.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve cold, garnished with diced vegetables or croutons.
