Lentil Soup


Overview: 

A protein-rich and hearty soup made with lentils, vegetables, and warm spices.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried lentils
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish 
How to Make It:
  1. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
  2. Add lentils, broth, and spices, then bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until lentils are tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
