Potato Leek Soup

A creamy and comforting soup made with potatoes and leeks, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish
How to Make It:
  1. Sauté leeks in butter until soft.
  2. Add potatoes and broth, bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer until potatoes are tender, then blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chives.
