Ingredients:

  • 500g basmati rice
  • 750g buffalo meat/beef

  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves


How to Make
:

  1. Cook the Meat: Fry onions and green chili paste. Add marinated meat with turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Cook until tender.
  2. Cook the Rice: Parboil the rice with whole spices.
  3. Layering: Layer the cooked meat and rice, adding fried onions and herbs.
  4. Final Dum: Seal the pot and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve with spicy raita and a salad.
